Refund policy

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, if returned within the timeframe. Please note that all returns will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5.00, and this amount will be deducted from your store credit total. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Additionally, all products marked final sale are NOT eligible for return.

Exchanges Policy - Size Only

We want you to love your purchase! If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the same item in a different size. No color or style swaps.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we’ll cover the cost to send out the new size.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@rolaxiboutique.com with photos of any damage.
